1. About Sipflex
Sipflex is a trading service operated by Cloud2Tel Limited, company number 8884314, of Telehouse East, 14 Coriander Avenue, London E14 2AA, United Kingdom.
2. Account eligibility and verification
Services are provided subject to account approval, identity and business verification, fraud controls, destination restrictions and any regulatory information required for the numbers ordered. We may refuse, restrict or suspend service where verification is incomplete or risk controls are triggered.
3. Customer-controlled systems
Sipflex provides telephone numbers, trunk connectivity, calling capacity, portal features and related documentation. You are responsible for your PBX, application, devices, network, firewall, dial plan, credentials and all activity originating from your account.
4. Charges
Recurring charges, call usage, number charges and applicable taxes are shown when ordering or in the portal. Headline website prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. UK number ports are requested using the online form linked from the Sipflex portal and processed through the UK porting system.
5. Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully and must not enable fraud, harassment, deceptive caller identification, unlawful automated calling, unsolicited communications or unauthorised access. You must maintain appropriate consent and records for your use case.
6. Security and credentials
You must keep portal, SIP and API credentials secure, apply reasonable traffic controls and notify us promptly of suspected compromise. Charges arising from use of valid customer credentials remain the customer's responsibility except where law requires otherwise.
7. Availability and support
Support covers the Sipflex service and provider-side diagnostics. It does not include configuration or step-by-step troubleshooting of customer-controlled systems. Planned maintenance, internet conditions, downstream carriers and emergency circumstances may affect service availability.
8. Trial and termination
The advertised trial lasts 30 days and does not require a payment card. Trial access remains subject to verification and usage controls. Either party may end service in accordance with the account terms; outstanding usage and charges remain payable.
9. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, service is provided for business and technical use and indirect or consequential loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
